Beethoven "Romances" for Violin
on: October 24, 2005, 08:28:39 PM
Are other contributors familiar with Beethoven's Romances? I believe there were three of them, all fairly short.
Anyone know if they were ever transcribed for piano? And if so, where?

There were two; G major and F major (the Opp. slip my mind at the moment).
They are so accessable to the violin that I think it would be easy to find a violinist to play them with you; I know of no piano transcription. That being said, the violin part is just at or below a college playing level (I play violin as well and have played these pieces).
