Do you blog?
on: October 25, 2005, 11:03:52 PM
I've recently discovered a type of 'online journal' that is called a blog. I guess you can pesonally publish them and other people can read them.....So, do you blog?0

Yeah, a big portion of my blogging happens at a site called "PianoStreet.com" .  he he... well, not really but I do read back sometimes to my older posts and notice things... heh.

Otherwise I do not blog, but have thought about doing so.  Do you blog ?

I thought about it, but it would take too much time away from my day.  Besides I'll probably end up saying what I say in PF anyway.

PF is much more fun anyways  ;D

I have a blog, but all I'm doing on it (this year at least) is transcribing my grandmother's diary from 1955 -- exactly 50 years ago, and the days of the week match this year's.

It's like a forum without those pesky people that have different opinions, isn't it?

Plus, there's no need to become an alcoholic, start writing a novel, suffer editors or get a job in PR, as there can be with journalism. OTOH, the freebies aren't nearly as good and the pay is even worse, especially if that novel actually sells.

:D

Wow! That sounds fascinating, i love looking back on history. Old diaries tell so much.

No self respecting journo would go into PR. Alcoholism, novel, annoying editors: yes. But go into PR and you may as well sell your soul.

No I think that only counts as one blog. A blog is a journal, the different category's in the blog are like the different pages in the journal.
