Classicarts - forgivable?
on: October 29, 2005, 11:41:10 AM
Now I think that classicarts has slowed down a bit on his posts, I think it is time to forgive and forget...
SORRY CLASSICARTS...
but don't regurgitate old posts again!!! Or heads will roll!!! (Only Joking)  ;D
We've all had a go at her/he (sorry, I don't know) for a week or so, so lets forgive...
Sign on this thread to forgive, as long as classicarts stays sane...

Look, I'm not a cry baby like you folks in here.  I wouldn't care if he completely delete me or banned me to that extreme because it really doesn't affect my life and this is just nothing more than a forum for fun.
That said,  I  have ask the admin for help (legit questions) a couple of times in this forum and he never answers my post but he sure acted fast with yours to delete my posts.  Now, I wouldn't be surprised he might even delete  some more whenever he feels like indiscriminately.

You people needs to realize that this is a public place, regardless of whether its on a privat e server or not. Just because you dont like someone different does mean that someone should be banned. If it does then most of the members here should be banned as they've all surely broken some rule at one point or another. And plus classicarts is just doing what ever smartass tells every newcomer to this forum to do. it's purely your own fault if you dont like the result.

And it not nearly as serious as you whinos make it out to be :P

Not sure that sour grapes will stop the whinos - but they are talking about Classicarts and you're talking about I'm a robot :)

But yeah, he posted to get attention and, as one thread said, to test the boundaries, and received both - plus a nomination for this year's Queen Gertrude award judging by the "I don't care, no I don't, really it doesn't bother me" post :)

Just look at the topics this kid revived. They almost all have some sort of interesting discussion that just faded away. Bringing them back wont harm anyone, although it does make finding certain ones a little tricky.

search button anyone 8)

I have read quite a lot that was posted a few years ago. The colours hadn't faded and I didn't have to fetch the threads from anywhere, they are just there. I can't see anyone asking for those posts to be deleted nor is the suggestion that the topics weren't interesting -  and afaict they haven't been deleted.

Perhaps you're talking about something else that has nothing to do with the subject of the thread again?

Hearing voices, from an intelligent donkey that tells you to post to old threads sounded better - any more on that theory? Has CA heard them too? :)

Or perhaps you simply misunderstood what I typed. Or read a little too much between the lines. So let me type it out for ya.

I am neither classicarts, nor I am robot, or any other member than mah self. Defending these people does not mean that ah am them. So please keep your psuedo mockery to yourself 8)

Ok...  do not want to get involved in this... just contributiong my 2cents worth....

If someone creates a topic that has already been discussed previously... maybe even looong ago... everyone gets annoyed that the topic has passed already... please use the search function etc etc.... BUT if the person then decides to use the search function, find the topic that they're interested in. then want to query more about it, and "regurgitate" it, everyone still has tantrums because of old topics...

Understand what I'm getting at?
I dont play an instrument, I play the piano.

Yeah, I understand, but if you'd seen the messages, that's not what happened.

TBH I can't see what you describe being a problem. Not that someone won't moan about something, but I've sat here moaning for 30 minutes and no posts have disappeared. I suspect something else deletes them :)
