Hymn to Freedom

Though this forum seems classical I'm going to ask anyway:
Do any of you know where i can get a score to Hymn to Freedom by Oscar Peterson. So far I've only been able to find some not-so-good versions. I would like the original one.


(Furthermore I would like to find a website with some Jazz-licks on it. Some gooooood Jazz Licks  :-*)
