Are these pretty much the same?

Is there really much difference?

You can develop all of them.  You can increase awareness in all of them.  There's is good and bad about each of them.  They seem fairly similar to me.

Have you heard of mind body and spirit, if you have well then you will know the difference.
I think in piano playing you need all three, intellect, emotion and some physical strength.

Can you push the limits on all of them though?  Develop them?  Become stronger in each area?

And can you use the same strategies to push those limits?

mental / physical / emotional / spiritual ....... these are like 4 legs of a piano bench: they are all equally important and they each interact with the others to maximize your stability and well-being.  A deficiency in any one of these will cause an imbalance.

Interesting metaphor Apoin.

I wonder though if you can use the same strategies for one area in another.  You push speed on scales just like you can push the speed of your mind.  Is there a difference?

And if you don't use it, you lose it.  I wonder if I'm losing some things.

There are only the mental and the physical

The all other are based on these two.  8)

I wish you all well.  However . . . .

I just try to play the piano.  If I tried to solve the riddle of the universe, I would probably never master a piece.

Wishing you all well ---------------

What I had in mind was using the same strategies for each.

If you lift weights, you can get physically stronger.  If that applies to the mind too.  Or even the emotions.

I still don't know.
