Fast arpeggio octaves in rach 3
on: November 09, 2005, 01:36:00 AM
hello to all... well... since several months ago i've trying to play the Rach 3 as much as  i can, and i'm getting problem in the Vivace part... near to the end of the 3rd mov ... there are very very fast arpeggios octaves (E-D-A), (F-#F-A), (G-#G-A)... and others... and my question is... what kind of exercise do i have to practice in order to achieve or trying to improve my octaves speed? IS the Hanon exercise book enough to solve my problem? or there is another exercise available? Thank you for any kind of suggestions!

Watch here

Look for the masterclass with the guy playing austurias by ginastera ( ah think)

the teacher then shows an excersise for the octave technique

or try the chopet 25-10 8)
