Alkan Symphony for Piano orchestrated by my self.

This is a midi of the first minute of the first movement. (it took me two hours  :o)

My goal is to orchestrate all the four movements and send the score to the Alkan society.

The masterpiece tell the performer what to do, and not the performer telling the piece what it should be like, or the cocomposer what he ought to have composed.

Sounds very good already, too bad the midi sound is crap :( . If you're finished, send it to an orchestra, I would love to hear it with real instruments!

I have Finale 2006 and can generated very good-sounding MP3's using Garritan Personal Orchestra which is part of the new Finale release. What notation package are you using?

Im using Sibelius 3 and this software has a a kit of real instruments, but the problem is that the files you make with real instruments are vey heavy, so i decided to use carpy midi sounds.

i think the first movement will be pretty easy as it is somewhat unpianistic but all the luck in the world to you with the 2nd and 3rd presto.
