I'm uploading a video of the legendary Vadim Rudenko playing it from the Richter competition this past summer.  He plays the opening thing i forget whats is called, the dance of the sugarplum fairiez, the tarentella and the andante Maestoso.

should be ready shortly

Wow, that is an amazing performance.  That last piece from the nutcracker put me in tears (Andante Maestoso).  It is truly amazing.  I have this transcription in pdf.  If you would like a copy of it, just list your email address and I could send it to you.

The we must not be talking about the same pletnev if you think his recording is more musical than rudenko's.  Tell me, which Pletnev are you referring to then?

Pletnev's version does not include the Waltz of the Flowers ....... I thought this was the most famous number of the suite?

yea, i was always a bit bummed about that; if he had transcribed that, it would make this great transcritpion perfect.

Stick the Grainger transcription in.

Then you have perfection.

Hi,
Can you PLEASE resend it again? I can't find the file anymore. Thanks.

Also, I wonder has anyone has Pletnev's "Sleeping beauty suits" too?? Really appreciate if anyone can share. Thanks.

You know that link doesn't work for me. I would really be grateful if someone sends me Pletnev's andante maestoso [Pas de deux]. since its the best-est of them all!  ;D preferrably it could be sent by email or attachment. thanks!

Sorry for reviving this thread once again...
But I would be very thankful if somebody could upload the Rudenko vid once again.  :(

For everyone who still hasn't seen it, take a look at the so-called warming up video on youtube.
Best version ever!

Best Regards
