Bach E minor Toccata BWV 914
Chopin selected nocturnes
Prokofiev 3rd Sonata

Interval

Haydn Sonata in Eb major hob XVI 52
Schumann Papillons op 2
Chopin Scherzo no 2 in Bb minor

Encores:
Prokofiev- Waltz from Cinderella
Brahms- Intermezzo op 118 no 2

dear kreso,

that is a beautiful program.  it takes time to work out exactly what you want to fit with what.  i like the schubert and schumann after the C minor fantasy of mozart's.  i think i'm going to rework the schubert impromptus and learn the sonata of schumann's and copy that 1st half.  then the second half will be some combination of something - that i haven't figured totally out yet.

a back-to-back marathon of the 32 beethoven sonatas.  Provided you don't die in the 11 or so hours it might take  ::)

“Practice makes perfect” is a common mantra for any pianist, but we all know it’s an oversimplification. While practice often leads to improvement, true perfection is elusive. But according to recent research, a robotic exoskeleton hand could help pianists improve their speed of performing difficult pianistic patterns, by overcoming the well-known “ceiling effect”.
