What's up with Chopin and tying shoes ?

I will admit, I don't get it  :-[

ps-  A burning question : Do fire extinguishers put out grease fires ?

yes.  the hello hippopotamus really got me, too.

about the fire extinguisher.  it won't put out a grease fire, but it can make a zebra all one color.
