Soviert National Anthem

Did Prokofiev compose the music of the greatest Anthem?
The masterpiece tell the performer what to do, and not the performer telling the piece what it should be like, or the cocomposer what he ought to have composed.

hmm.  I vaguely remember the soviets voting on a national anthem or something, but I don't remember what they decided on.

Here's a few links I found with 1st page of handwritten Prokofiev anthem:

The Soviet Anthem was composed by A. Alexandrov. The second of pianistimo's link is to it. Now the first one... it is indeed by Prokofiev, but it's not the official one. I'd love to see the full version of it. I'm going to ask my teacher about it, I'm sure he knows.
