Anyone got information on Boris Arapov?

I have recently purchased his first two sonatas for piano played by Sokolov on Vynil (melodiya), alongside the semi-famous Etude-Scherzo. I know pretty much nothing about this composer, except that he used to be a pianist but gave up due to some hand disease, and that he also composed a ballet after Wilde's Dorian Gray. Google hasnt helped much, so is anyone here familiar with his bio-works-perfs-influences?
