i discovered that alkan wrote etudes and a duet for four feet (for the pedal piano). he was very creative.

I also remember an etude for 3 hands and 3 feet, but i can't remember where is it. It does exist, and 5 hands too. (handicapped people, looks like that composer did not discriminate them)
