Guessed a Chopin nocturne originally, but I flipped through the entire set and unless I missed it, it's not there.
Field? I have a book of 18, and I didn't see it there, either.
The file was originally named "Chopin - Nocturne in C minor (Andante Sostenuto)" and Chopin's only cm nocturne certainly isn't this.

It's a nocturne that is "attributed" to Chopin, but published after his death. Here's the sheet music:
