I do my own fingering at the beginning for the RH:

I do:

5-1-3 ... 4-1-3... 4-1-3... 4-1-2

What do you guys do?  :P It feels a bit weird doing it that way

A couple other options:

5-1-3 ... 4-1-3... 4-1-2... 3-1-2 (I believe this is what I did many years ago)

5-1-3 ... 4-1-3... 5-1-3... 4-1-2
(don't have a piano in front of me, so I can't confirm economy for this one)

Find what fingering works for you at a fast tempo, then practice it slowly.

you should try to find a balance between comfort, efficiency and manouverabilty. Different people will have different fingerings which suit them, so its just a trial and error thing.
