How to play this chord?

Here is a chord (marked in red circle) that I saw in the coda of Chopin's Ballade no 1.



I am querying the natural and sharp sign next to the G note. How does one play this chord? By playing G natural, G sharp and F at the same time?

Just play G# and F

The natural sign is just to cancel the flat earlier in the bar.  As bearz says, G#
