chat room problem

how come when i wanted to enter the piano street chat room, theres this window that says: you are already in chat.
then they ask you for your username and password. when i keyed in and pressed enter, theres nothing happening. can someone tell me what is going on asap? is someone hacking into my account?

I don't know about you, but when I go in in a split second the person leaves. I don't know if it's me or there is something wrong with the chat room
