here's a site that answered one of my questions regarding the buildup of calcium around my stainless steel sink.  club soda on a wet cloth.  it doesn't leave streaks.

I have tried some of the things on there but they didn't do much.  8)

you mean like gardening to the phases of the moon?  yes.  i understand.  my grandmother swore to this book and always kept one around.  if the earth suddenly lost all internet connections, the book would keep things rolling for awhile.
