The beggining is nice, very calm, just like the introduction is supposed to be. Okay, there is no reason to play the first fast part sooo fast, it's a ballade, not an etude. I mean if that was a performance for the friends, so he wanted to be cool then I understand. The part after the most beatiful one, you know which, is really too rubato, c'mon it's Chopin, you cannot change the rythm. After those octaves and before the scherzando, I think it should be p or mp and then crescendo, like it says in the score, because it's not good to play all f and mf. Nobody plays coda so fast. Again, it's a ballade, not an etude. It's great that he has brilliant technique, but it's about music, not technique.
I was writing while I was listening, so maybe there are too many critics and no compliments, but that's only because if I was writing good things, then I would have to press pause all the time.

All in all, very nice performing, with some corrections it will be a great ballade.
