What do you think obout Dubravka Tomsic and her interpretation Scartlatti,  Bach, Liszt, Chopin ...? She was a pupil of Rubinstain and play very solid Bach and Scarlatti.
I think her Liszt of new CD is very good too. .:D

I think she is one of the besst pianists around. I heard her do the Tchaikovsky 1st Concerto a few years back, a very exciting performance. I've only heard her play Romantic music, I think her Chopin is particularly good, and her Schumann, too.

She has the cleanest/smoothest Fantasie-Impromptu of quite a few I've heard and a darn good Rachmaninoff Rhapsody on Paganini.

She is one of my favorites, although I don't hear a lot of talk about her.  I like her Beethoven, also.  I remember reading once that she was one of Rubenstein's favorite pupils.

i have her chopin cd with impromptus, nocturnes and fantasy, i like the way she plays chopin very much. although, few years ago her pupil came to zagreb to play chopin e minor concerto, and i was so surprised how different (in bad way) it was. i mean, i know it really doesn't mean anything, but one would expect some similarity in approach to chopin..literally that pupil made endless etude from beautiful e minor concerto

She did a recital here in Portland a couple of years ago, which was without a doubt spectacular.  Her style is incredibly smooth and fluid - not at all forced like many.  I could have listened to her play all night!  If she comes near enough to you - I highly recommend hearing her play!  You will NOT be disappointed!

I have her complete Chopin waltzes, along with the E minor concerto and other misc chopin pieces.  She is quite good.
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
