Any good Rach3 book editions
on: January 10, 2006, 11:36:55 PM
Hi everybody,
I want to buy Rachmaninov's 3rd Piano Concerto to start studying it... I am looking for a version with the ossia cadenza. Can u suggest any good complete edition of the concerto?I will probably have to order the book, so I won't be able to check it before buying, that's why I am asking for your help.
Thanks

Get the International if you can. Otherwise, get the Boosey; the edition is the same, but the B&H publication is slightly smaller, so the International's easier on the eyes.
Then again, there is always the problem that Internationals never stay open on the stand... might want to keep that in mind.
