have you ever kept something awful just because of sentimental value? art, clothing, whatever?

yes..broke my scapula in 2 places and tore my clavical joint...was in a sling for 6 months..and was in rehab for another year...kept the sling...it discusts me..but im a stronger person for it....susan..go take a bath

hahah, I didn't think so but I guess I do sometimes... Right now it happens to be my shoes, done so much work and walking in 'em they're completely blown, closer to a dirty sock than a shoe. Soon they'll be better off as hats, then I'll retire 'em.
What does it take to earn a sling and rehab for 18 months?
