Musical Auditions in London?

My girlfriend who has had several auditions in Hong-Kong is wondering where one can audition for musicals in London. Any tips would help.

I have often seen long lines of people waiting patiently outside the Theatre at Leicester Square.

Perhaps they are auditioning.
