It amazes me how neglected this man's music is.  Superb stuff!  His Tone Pictures, Fantasy Pieces, Roman Sketches are wonderful pieces, they strike that balance of impressionism and romanticism that I really like.  Haven't heard Pleasure Dome of Kubla Kahn or the Flute Poeme, but I hear they are fantastic.  His sonata is truly a masterpiece... I must learn this some day.  Everyone should look into this man's music.

I like his music too, particularly the Sonata, Tone Pictures and "Nightfall" from the Roman Sketches. I recently read through the Fantasy Pieces, really liked the "Barcarolle". I've played the Flute Poem piano reduction many times, I always enjoy it. Haven't heard "Pleasure Dome" in a long time, I remember not caring much for it; I might have a different opinion now, though...
