anyone heard of an actress named alicia witt

I saw her in some movie and she was actually playing the piano...for real! Not like jennifer love hewitt's portrayal as a violinist which was so laughable I couldn't really watch the movie.

Yes, she does her own playing in movies-- she plays well.

I saw even worse violin playing in Smallville: the girl wasn't even touching the strings, with bow or hand!!
