Haha, that is possibly the best thing ever to parody modern music (without being too scathing)! That has been one of my favorite clips for a long time.

The twelve-tone commercial was done a long time ago, maybe in the 70's, by Robert Conrad who was the announcer for WCLV, Cleveland's classical music radio station.  Now he is the executive director of the station.  This is a late night joke turned cult classic.
