Weird Title Bar

Hi. I get a different image when i hover over the main menus at the top.. you know the one which says "home...sheetmusic...forum...chat...dictionary...about"
Instead of the usual darker thing, it goes completely black (the button) with normal white text, underlined.
Any1 else had this problem? this started a few days ago, and normally only works when im not on the forum, but does do it all teh time occasionally.
