My back.
on: February 27, 2006, 10:00:20 AM
Hey!

2 weeks ago I turned around too fast and injured my neck and upper back, it got better after a couple of days, the next week I injured my back at taekwondo. Its 2 weeks since I injured my neck and back, I don't think that has anything to do with my problem though.

But anyway, I am finding it hard to play even the Heroic polonaise without my back hurting, you guys all know the feeling, when you sit at the piano too long and you have to stretch it. But I stretch or relax but the problem comes right back when I begin to play.

any tips ?

Am sorry about that Jamie, anyway dont worry i can help.

( 1 ) Read what i wrote about the possible cure for back pain on student corner.

( 2 ) Rest on your back on the ground, put a book under your head, point your knee's to the sky ( your feet must touch the ground), have both arms by you side. Look to the left and slowly role your knee's to the right,  look to the right and slowly role your knee's to the left do this a few times, then just go back to position 1 and rest.

( 3 ) Role to one side then use your arm to help you stand on your feet.

( 4 ) you can also purchase DEEP HEAT RUB from the pharmacy , apply this cream to the painful spots on your back.

Totally ignore what i said if you dont trust me.
