A wedding is a very serious event. Any trick you play on your brother will only reflect badly on you. It'll be something you'll regret for the rest of your life. So be mature if only for the day and simply wish your brother well as he embarks on the biggest adventure of his life. There'll plenty of time (and far less serious occasions) to play tricks on him later.

try mine.  my wedding dress wasn't finished, so i had my mom sew me in and put fake buttons on the back really quick.  you should have seen the perplexity of my new husband - he finally yelled 'how do you get this thing off.'  i went into hysterics.  i know.  very bad to pull tricks on your own husband.  it wasn't really a trick.  i put on my dress the day of the wedding and my mom said 'where's the buttons?'  i turned red and thought - how could i forget that.  she came up with the idea of sewing me in.  she must have done a really good job.

the best thing I have ever seen is this. Take his vehicle and jack it up in the back just enough so that tires are off the ground. He won't notice at all. When he gets in the car he will try to drive off, but won't be able to only spin the tires. I think it is funny.

You should probably make sure the car is a rear wheel drive model (not so common these days) before trying Boliver's trick.

nah.  don't do anything that will mess up their clothing.  ie getting out and having to deal with supposed car troubles.  any joking around has to be before that point.  that's like getting to the end of a game and you throw up the board and let the pieces go flying.  let them have the rest of the day.  after all - you want them to have good memories to look back on and not panic or anxiety.  that might affect the night's performance?!

at my cousins's wedding. he accidently stepped on the his bride's gown train and the bride went ballistic. She started griping, "how dare you step on my dress. you stupid idiot. You did it on purpose. you just want to ruin this day...blah blah blah." It was funny. Needless to say the marriage didn't last.

My Brother-in-law's friends did this to his brand new Mini Cooper(and even worse did it to the steering wheel) and got him quite angry at the Wedding.  Bad idea.
