There must be someone in this forum with fast scales and arppegios...

Please, someone film yourself doing scales/arppegios real fast so others can benefit by watching them in slow motion!

how fast is "real fast"? i could probably do it if i could find a video recorder that was digital. (i have one around here somewhere) so like, any metronome settings that i could get reference from?

Just as fast as you possibly can without injury/mistakes/loss of control and technique -would be great!
