Rent from Blockbusters or something, if TorrentSpy doesn't find it :/
Just don't hope for too much, there isn't much piano playing in it. Unless the fact it is related to the piano thrills you, then I understand, if a movies Japanese by origin I'm hooked (love the culture). Although the best Piano movie I have seen is called "The Pianist", and I have noticed many have seen this. It did hit a terrestrial channel a while back I think, so alot of people had the possibility to view it. If you havn't, I highly recommend you watch it, if you don't mind some disturbing/bloody moments, wouldn't say gory though. But people randomly being shot at the head shocked me despite it's only a movie... but based on a true story, I managed to attach to it emotionally!
And the movie finishes most excellenty on that "Grande Brillante... Expresso" thing of a piece, which is equisite!
(Chopin - Grande Polonaise Brillante In E Flat Major & Andante Spianato In G Major Op.22)
Quite of topic... but I thought it's worth recommending just in case. TorrentSpy has uncovered a possibility of 2 different movies that have been created for download, both with NO seeders and virtually no Downloaders... it's not even worth pasting the link. It would be better Time Wise to rent! :/ Last option I know of is eMule, don't let the loss of Razorback 2.0 bother ya!
