I was just trying to access PF and it was really slow. Trying to access the off-topic discussion forum got me this message:

Thanks for reporting.

Such problems can occur occasionally when the server is very busy, which it was yesterday afternoon. It looks more serious than what it is so it is nothing to worry about.
