I didn't recognize this piece. I looked at the music for all the Mazurkas that Chopin wrote and it wasn't there that I could see.

I have it in my Alfred book of Chopin Mazurkas, it's the last one in the book. There is no date or opus number, just "Posthumous."

From my urtext book it says Mazurka No.57 with the number KKIVb Nr.4
