Well, unlike you, I do believe in things like that, but all I heard was a "S" sound at 1:24 and that was it. I couldn't tell if it was a voice or just a hissing noise, though. Maybe I'm just as deaf as a post. Did anyone in your audience have Tourette's? ;D

whoa,  I heard it.  That really is creepy.  I don't think it would be anyone in the audience unless it was your teacher.  It's whispered.
I don't know what to think about that.  I don't really believe in those things either.

If one thinks a cloud looks like a sheep then one often does realise the difference between what one things she/he sees and that what really is. I mean, people don't really think that clouds are shaped like sheep.

If there is a random noise, or any random pattern like a cloud, then the human brain will look for patterns. The result is that a pattern is often recognised where one doesn't exist. Or, maybe a human recognises a pattern that is in some sense a shade of that what one thinks she/he sees or hears but a pattern that is still incomplete or flawed.

We have a fish with the words 'god' or 'Mohammed' in arabic on them, a pie or bread or cookie, I don't remember with 'god' or mohammed. A child, a goat, the list is probably very long.

I haven't heard any cases where an object had a simple name, that is limited to one culture, like for example 'Jan', on it. But I bet that if the son of god was called 'Jan' (be it Christ or Mohammed that get renamed) then the list of objects with the word 'Jan', that now does not exist, will probably be even longer.

Ooh, I didn't hear anything.  I didn't hear the noise the first time. I just listened for a minute or two without knowing where the sound was and what it actually said. The second time I did hear the sound that is referred to, but I only heard a 'S'-like sound. Now with all the noise on the tape it isn't so strange that there is also a noise that sounds like a 's'. The origin of the sound of course requires no explanation.

In any cases of EVP, the source of the noise is explained. What is not explained is that the sound sounds like something. What is ignored is that what we naturally realise when it comes to clouds and sheep.

I don' t think i'm just picking out those sounds just because they were suggested.  DonJuan wasn't either unless he said "Satan, Fine, Fine" himself.

Sure, play anything backward and your brain will start to hear things. Brains can't stand randomness and they will invent some pattern.

That is why we are smart, we can see patterns. The problem is, when there is no pattern, we still think we see one.

DanJuan, if you don't mind, could you please put another link for it? I would really appreciate it if you did. It's not too hard to upload something like that, is it?

Thanks! When I listened well I heard it, when I held my ear close to the speaker but didn't actually listned for it, all I heard was the s, and when I relaxed and listned to the music at regular distance and volume I heard nothing but static. I liked the music itself too.

oh I don't doubt that.  I was just hoping members would get a little fun out of hearing it.. but it seems many are taking it more seriously than I intended.

Yeah, songs backwards are pretty fun, it's creepy. I tested it by not reading the supposed lyrics and listening to it and I never really could understand it, most of the time.  When you know what it's supposed to say then you can hear it. This website has a few backwards songs.  I don't believe in it, but I still find it interesting. Especially the stairway to Heaven (most famous one, probably) and The Brittany Spears one kind of funny. Check it out

I heard the smoke marijuana in Another One Bites the Dust, but in Stairway to Heaven I only heard them after reading the lyrics. And I LOVE that Britney one, it's got such great connotations!

Listen to the last one (Fire on High) It's definatley the most clear. It seems the word ' indistinguisable can sound like a lot of different things.
