Brahms wrote 2 sonatas for clarinet and piano. High quality music.

Saint-Saens' sonata in E flat major. Nice piece.

Ireland: Fantasy-Sonata. Late romantic, semi-impressionistic, beautiful.

N.W Gade also wrote "Three fantasy pieces"??? or something like that; boring piano part, but good tunes.

The most obvious and common romantic piece is Weber's Grand Duo Concertante. Tricky piano part, show-piece, opera-style.

That's all I can think of for now...

Schumann Op. 73.  Superb stuff.

The Brahms is the best fun I've ever had playing a chamber music work!
There's some dance pieces by Lutoslawski which look like fun, I heard the once and they were cool.
Never look at the trombones. You'll only encourage them.

I know Pierne has some unusual clarinet-piano duo pieces.
If I recall correctly, Rossini has very good pieces on this case, I once heard an astonishing Rondo for clarinet and piano by him.

Love the Poulenc Sonata... piano part is pretty beastly.
