concert program
on: April 08, 2006, 11:06:05 AM
Hi guys,

I have to give a concert in the Netherlands and I'd like to ask whether this is a good program.

Mozart  Sonata a minor KV 310

Liszt  Etude d'Execution Transcendante, no. 10
         Rigoletto Paraphrase (possibly)

pause

Debussy  Images I:
                Reflets dans l'eau
                Hommage a Rameau
                Mouvement

Schumann  Abegg Variations

Sharon  :)

an excellent program! well balanced and very attractive. if you can play everything wonderfully and in style, no doubt, you are a musician. tds

i love you and tds's programs.  a combination of really difficult stuff with just plain beauty.  the abegg variations are one of my fav's.  fun to play and hear.

about the 'pause.'  do you mean intermission - or will you just sit back down and tell people you need a minute whilst you drink some water.  or will you walk off stage and just go back on when you feel like it?  is it better not to wait too long.  does it cut the adrenaline you already have going?  is a pause better than 10 minute or so intermission?   am seriously thinking about this pause vs. intermission.
