According to the RCME/RACE syllabus: 

Military is level 10

Heroic is ARCT

(levels are 1-10 and ARCT)

Heroic is the sixth polonaise, op.53. A flat major
Military is Op.40, No.1 A major

Military Polonaise is grade 8 (ABRSM)

Heroic Polonaise is very advanced
