Born at the right time?

Is a person’s success in life wholly determined by the period they are born in?

Would Beethoven have composed memorable pieces if he were born in 1990 or would he be too distracted by computers, Sony playstations and Piano forums?

What about someone like Bill Gates? What if he were born 100 years ago when there were no computers?

What about you?
