Ok, I am playing the Rach Prelude in C#-, and his last page contains 2 trebles right one top of 2 bases. Is this for some type of duet? Or do pianists just choose which staff to play on?

You have to play all of it. It's written that way so it's easier to read. Look carefully and you'll see that its possible. It just jumps around a little bit.

Kind of splitting it into two voices, and like Astroboy said: easier to read. Wouldv'e been nice if he had done that to the first few pages too. 8)

That's because he ran out of manuscript paper when he wrote the first part, and then he bought more manuscript paper for the second paper, so he has paper to spare, thus, 4 staves.
Bach - Partita No.2
Scriabin - Etude 8/12
Debussy - L'isle Joyeuse
Liszt - Un Sospiro

Goal:
Prokofiev - Toccata

It is a bit difficult to read.  Memorize it as you learn it so you don't have to read it anymore.

I started it 2 days ago, and I already have the first 2 pages memorized.

Yeah, it's a WHOLE lot easier to play than it looks like.  To read it is rather intimidating.
