pianostreet has beeth 4th but i dont think it comes with beethoven cadenzas.

any kind help is highly appreciated.

i downloaded and saved it, but when i tried to open it, a dialog box popped up and said that this viewer couldnt decrypt it

Are you sure you have the newest version of Acrobat Reader? If not, download it here: https://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html . It's 34 pages long.

ok, i had a difficult time trying to download and save beethoven PC no 4 from pianostreet. first, it took so long ( i had to literally scroll down each page, 57 pages altogether, for it to continue downloading ), and only to find out, after that much time id waited, that i couldnt save it  

it seems now that i need nicco again! i mean seriously, i do. u there nicco?
