Converting Vidoes???

I have a video that i recorded today, but it's format is not listed on the attachment's area and i want to convert it without the vidoe being out of sync with the audio. Does anyone know how to do this?

Though I hope you don't run into any trouble with nilsjohan. He likes people to adhere to the rules (uploading as an attachment), but if you are having trouble I don't see the harm in it. Just as long as nobody sees you do it...especially impressionable kids :p

I think if i have a good reason, he will not say anything about it ....hopefully.Im going to post it in the audition room as soon as the file finishes loading.
