Frequent string breakages

3 strings in the past two weeks . . .what can be the problem? My piano is a 3 yr old Samick upright.
Waste of time -- do not read signatures.

Could be worn hammers; rust on the strings or tuning pins; excessive, rhythmic fortissimo with the sustain pedal down; high humidity forcing pitch above normal.

What does your tuner say?

Its a strange situation... there is only one tuner in my town (and 4-5 pianos) ..and my tuner is quite happy with the string breakages as that means more income for him.  >:(
