henrah's right. sometimes we don't take adequate time (actually resting or reading) for ourselves. just last week i felt like the week went suddenly from monday to friday. it was truly the fastest week i've ever experienced. maybe it's a sign of age?
but, you can sort of stop time when you don't do the normal routine. i don't mean omitting brushing your teeth (although i suppose for one day it wouldn't kill you). but, maybe just getting out of the house. to me, i get bogged down by inside chores and the day is gone. (of course, typing on piano forum is really big waste sometimes - but so much fun).
gardening is another thing that slows time. and volunteer work. that is probably the most upper. when you help someone else then you get to see a smile. and, you're saying to the 'time robber' - see, i have extra time evn though you told me i don't.
