Ives Concord Sonata

I know one should not request or post copyrighted music on pianoforum.  Therefore I innocently ask, is the Concord Sonata of Charles Ives copyrighted? (Copywrit?)

the copywright on the copy that i have says 1947. im not sure what this means according to pianoforum's rules. i might just wait until nilsjohan gives me a yay or nay before posting it.

Thanks for asking!  :)

The revised edition from 1947 is definately under copyright.
I am not completely sure about the original version since I have no information on when it was published (around 1920-1925?) but it is under copyright in the EU and most other countries since Ives has not yet been dead for 70 years. In US it probably depends on if it was published before 1923 or not. :-\
