new teaching studio

We are moving to Atlanta, Georgia soon. Does anyone know of good places to rent space or good areas to set up a studio. I prefer not to teach in my home.

I know that an early childhood music program called "The Music Class" (started by Rob Sayer) is HUGE in Atlanta (about 1500 kids).  He also has a beginning keyboard program, so perhaps you could teach for him and/or rent one of his studios to teach children who have completed his program (his keyboard program is only a 30 week course, well actually 3 sequential 10-week courses).  You can get his contact info at www.themusicclass.com
