He played keyboard in rock music bands. And of course the piano in the balleds. Dream Theater?

I think he is amazing, especially his technique.... But what else do you expect of an ex Juilliard student.

hes awesome at what he does, but its interesting when he recorded the revolutionary etude, its technically and musically merely mediocre....make of that what you will.

very impressive, I think he's well suited to rock.  Seeing him come out to do a classical piano recital would be a bit disconcerting though.  Maybe this look might appeal to teenage punk rock culture though.  Always nice to attract them to the classical music sphere (though rarely happens.)
