Eddie Izzard
on: December 15, 2003, 12:56:59 AM
Uh, this is such a random topic, but I wanted to see how many people think Eddie Izzard is a comic genius. Or any other comic for that matter. Let's change the topic to "Who are the funniest Comics?".

PianoProfBronsway was pretty amusing too, but I think she left the business.

I hear she'll be at the Edinburgh festival this year though. A contender for the Perrier award no doubt,

Sorry, I'm not from your country!
I'm from America, which should be a comedy show in itself! I think the other room is hilarious, especially Boliver's claim that he met god in a cloud.

I went to see Eddie Izzard at Sheffield Arena last week, he was amazing! I'm still giggling, everyone in my office thinks I'm losing my mind...
Ross Noble, Bill Bailey and Adam Hills are also highly recommended! I can't get to Edinburgh this year, which I'm not happy about, but saw all three there last year, and Ross Noble several times since, they're fab!
If anyone goes to a Ross Noble gig, when he does 'questions and answers' at the end, ask him why he got banned from Jorvik Viking Centre and whether he's used the free tickets for there yet that he's been given...

I've seen Ross Noble live! I laughed till I hurt. It was crazy.
I haven't seen Eddie Izzard though - too expensive, unfortunately.
I want to see Bill Bailey! I also want a little piano with superhero wings because of him.

What about the guy who eddie izzard bases parts of his act on - billy connolly- i think you'd all like him. he's hardly as cute as eddie izzard, but very funny!

Great artists aim for perfection, while knowing that perfection itself is impossible, it is the driving force for them to be the best they can be - MC Hammer
