Five Little Pieces for Piano, especially the Waltz.

First movement of 6 little pieces is also nice; so is Pirrot Lunaire.  Hate his vocal music tho.

Mine would have to be either the Intermezzo from the piano suite op. 25 (a must listen) or the Bewegte Achtel from op. 11 simply because the first few bars are amazing.

His Little Symphonies 1-2 always give me the chills. The Pierrot Lunaire, of course, and Ode to Napoleon are both excellent. As you can see, i mostly prefer his non-piano work.
generally working on:
Bach Toccata in g minor
Rachmaninoff 3rd Concerto

Verklaerte Nacht is an extremely beautiful work.  I also like Survivor from Auschwitz.  The chaotic aspects of the 12-tone music serve the text very well.

For those who are interested: the aforementioned Intermezzo performed by Gould.

My favorite Schoenberg is not piano - Survivor from Warsaw... It's great beyond words.
