happy father's day!
on: June 11, 2006, 12:33:49 PM
to all of who have children and are pining away because they're sleeping late and forgot what day it was - HAPPY FATHER's DAY!  i am beginning to understand what makes dad's so special.  they work so hard and get so little in remuneration - until the kid actually graduates from hs or college and starts making a bit of their own money.  father's deserve many kudos for the early mornings, late nights, neverending work at home and work, and for solving so many problems that seem urgent urgent and only they can solve them.  father's should definately take this day and REST - because really, what other day can u rest on?  hope u all have a good one.

You're a week early Pianistimo. Oh well, it's better to be early than to forget all together.

"Father's Day" is next Sunday here in the USA (and Canada).

Best, John

duh.  i guess i was a week off.  i gave my husband his card and he graciously accepted.  he never complained about it being early.  i called my step-dad, also.  that explains why he was nowhere to be found.
