was just reading nehimiah today - and the guy just decided that he would fast and pray (something we should do especially in war times) and draw closer to his God.  since God made us and made the universe - he can reclaim us from any part of it.

there's a verse in nehimiah that says 'though u be in the remotest parts of the HEAVENS'  was He referring to our days - where we can fly by planets?  i think so.  i think he knows what we are capable of - but we can't save ourselves.  if the planet was mostly destroyed - we couldn't survive long in a space capsule comparatively speaking.  there's really no place to go without God - but everywhere to go with Him.
